152 Elizabeth is an ultra-luxury condominium building designed by Pulitzer-prize winning Japanese architect Tadao Ando and acclaimed architect of the interior Michael Gabellini. It is the first building Ando has designed in Manhattan. Located at the corner of Kenmare and Elizabeth Street in Nolita, the 32,000 square foot building was built to the strictest standards and stands as a profound architectural statement. The project incorporates building materials that are Ando hallmarks: poured-in-place concrete, galvanized steel, vertical glass, as well as natural elements including water features and green walls. The The building is seven stories tall and includes a penthouse with multiple outdoor areas.
