The interiors at 152 Elizabeth, the first condo development in North American by Tadao Ando as well as boutique developer Sumaida + Khurana's inaugural project, are distinguished by a restrained material palette and ultra refined detailing and execution. Gabellini Sheppard, the firm responsible for the building's interiors, selected the finest natural and raw materials to craft the subtly luxe spaces. The photographs pay homage to the pared down palette by capitalizing on the generous amounts of negative space afforded by the 5,600 square feet of interior space and comparably generous 3,240 feet of outdoor space spread across three floors. The quiet drama of the space is echoed in the photography with the subtle interplay of light on the rich materials.
